I do research at the interface of the philosophy of mind and theoretical/computational neuropsychology, constrained equally by intuitive (folk) psychology, Helmholtzian (e.g. generative models-based) theories of cognitive architecture, and physics.

Research interests include:

Domain-general architectures and algorithms for unsupervised learning
An account of propositional attitude individuation informed by the energetics of representational vehicles
A purely descriptivist theory of intentionality that allows for genuine world-relatedness
